About Me

Tennessee-born actor, from a proud Irish & American Heritage, Robert Gordon Spencer, has taken to the film and TV stage with a natural born talent. With his good looks and upbeat attitude he charms the audience as well as provides a laugh or two on location. Robert's life revolves around his relationships with God, his loving wife, and family. He served a total of 11 years in the United States Military both as an officer and an enlisted. While in the US Navy he served in a joint effort with the US Marine Corps 26th MEU (Special Operations Capable) in "Operation Restore Hope" in Somalia as a Hospital Corpsman; supported continuing operations in Bosnia; participated in ceremonies marking the 50th Anniversary of the D-Day invasion of Normandy, France; did a Med Cruise on the USS Harlan County LST 1196; and earned one of his prize positions the Enlisted Surface Warfare Pin. After serving 5 years, Robert was honorably discharged from the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman Third Class (SW) in 1998; finished a Bachelors degree from Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, and in 2001 was commissioned a 2LT as a Medical Service Officer for the Army National Guard. Robert then finished a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Tennessee in 18 months. Afterwards, he attended and graduated Officer Basic Corps School in Fort Sam Houston, Texas in 2004.
