I just saw this documentary on John Trudell. For those of you who dont know who he is, which I'm ashamed to say I did not before a month ago, Trudell was one of the Native Americans who took over Alcatraz back in 1969. He is so much more than that now.
His observations blew me away and opened my eye's. It's a short film and well worth watching. Caught it on Netflix, not sure it's still there but there are many clips on Youtube.
