According to Jackman, Logan and Creed fought together in 3 wars:

-WWI

-WWII

-Vietnam War

Apparently in 'Nam, they were sent on an Apocalypse Now styled mission to kill a Senior Officer of the VC.

Which means - they were assassins for the military BEFORE Weapon X.

I LOVE THIS MOVIE.

Didn't the trailer say decapitation of a senior officer?

They look like kids in a detention hall after they survived the execution.

Sabretooth: "Ah fuck."

Wolverine: "What is it?"

Sabretooth: "I got a .50 cal stuck in my ass."

Wolverine: "You gotta stop mooning people when they're trying to execute you."

Haha... that's fucking hilarious.

Imagine Stryker showing up as the no-nonsense Vice-Principal...

Stryker: Have you learned your lesson?

Logan and Sabertooth: No

Well, after watching the Trailer 800 times I think now is a good time to go over what we saw...

-Wolverine and Sabretooth get shot up by the VC and survive.

-Wolverine walks away from a blown up chopper down a highway and the MARVEL logo pops up.

-Stryker pays them a visit and brings up his "Special Team".

-We see flashbacks of the two in WWII.

-We see Wolverine running through a forest wearing a vest.

-Close up on Gambit's face.

-Close up on Blob's face.

-Close up on Maverick drawing his guns.

-Close up on Deadpool pulling a sword out.

-Close up of Silver Fox.

-Close up of Kestrel saying "I'm trying to say you'd be making a difference."

-Wolverine and Sabretooth have a dissagreement over Weapon X (They're both wearing the clothes they have on during the fight later on).

-A shot of a log cabin on a mountain.

-Wolverine and Silver Fox act lovy dovy.

-Wolverine undergoes the Adamantium bonding process as Stryker looks on.

-Wolverine breaks out killing scientists.

-First shot of Wolverine and Sabretooth preparing to fight.

-Gambit blows up some shit.

-Wolverine rides a motorcycle and escapes an explosion.

-Stryker talks to a General.

-Second shot of Wolverine and Sabretooth preparing to fight.

-The young Logan discovers his claws following the "ORIGIN" title.

-Wolverine and Sabretooth start fighting.

-Wolverine rides his bike fleeing from armored cars and helicopters.

-Wolverine holds Silver Fox in his arms by a lake (she might be dead).

-A young boy frozen in a water tank is being observed by an unidentified person.

-Wolverine fights Deadpool.

-Wolverine fights The Blob in a wrestling ring.

-Emma Frost transforms next to Silver Fox and someone else?

-Wolverine and Gambit fight in an alley.

-Wolverine blows up alotta shit while on the bike and jumps on to the chopper.

-Wolverine (wearing jacket) and Sabretooth try each other.

*Who the fuck is the kid in the water tank???

I'm thinkin Jason Stryker, and Stryker is the guy passing his hand by the tank like in X2.

Yeah, a body is visible.

In ORIGIN, Thomas shoots Henry killing him, and then James stabs Thomas killing him.

So if they followed that story (and I think they did after that scene and the casting of Dog Logan) there should be 2 bodies on the floor.

You think its Jason in the tank though?

As far as I know, Weapon X is now an American Military program. William Stryker is a U.S. Army Major with a Southern accent.

Wolverine is still Canadian, but Sabretooth is American.

David Benioff's script was fantastic and very "R" rated. There's a scene where Sabretooth rapes and kills Silver Fox. He rips out her throat.

Marc Guggenheim re-wrote the script, specifically the Origin elements which weren't present in Benioff's script.

In the comics Wolverine is supposed to be Sabretooth's Uncle, but as of now there's no confirmation of the film following that storyline.

The Sabretooth in the film is in no way related to Tyler Mane's Sabretooth. They're gonna pretend that was somebody else that stole the name.

Gambit has a few scenes in the third act, setting him up for X4 and Deadpool WILL get scarred up by the end of the flm - warranting the use of his mask.

So far the film is being VERY true to the comic.

I wouldn't say "VERY". None of the X Films have been very close to the comics. They've created their own X Universe which is highly enjoyable. Deadpool's face is scarred up in the comics because his healing factor is/was fighting away at rampant cancer. Weapon X is a Canadian program...and not sure why they would have Alpha Flight members in the film and make it a US thing.

However, I'm sure it will be a great film.

That's what I was going to question..... They're making Weapon X an American program but I thought it was Canadian? Either way, I'm happy with what I see so far.

Unless Weapon X is a joint American/Canadian operation.

Who knows what the fuck they're doing with that, but since Weapon XI is supposde to be in this movie, they're probably throwing the Weapon Plus program into this movie.

It makes sense for Weapon X to be an American Program.

The fact that the comic made Department H Canadian is good evidence of how ridiculous comics really used to be.

America was built on blood and war - the most noticeable qualities held by Weapon X.

Synger's decision to make Alkali Lake, a Canadian location - the base of Operations for the Program was a smart move.

One thing the American Military is good at, is cover ups.

A location outside the border could easily keep things under wraps instead of having it set somewhere within the country.

As far as the "joint operation" aspects of it - Canada would bend over by our request.
