  1. I honestly had never watched an episode or movie in the original Star Trek series, but I really enjoyed this one. Saw it with my grandparents, and they said if I liked this one, I should check out the others. Maybe on Blu ray, they have the complete movie collection don't they?
  2. WTF is NBC Doing?!?!?! Damian Lewis would be awesome as Alban Bane if they ever adapt "The Game" and "MADicine" for the big screen. If you haven't read the books, check them out! They're by Derek Armstrong.
  3. Just got back from Terminator Salvation. Overall, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. I was expecting more, and at some points the movie was a bit predictable. The music was...well...if you're a Danny Elfman fan, then you'll enjoy it. Could've gotten someone else for the score, but that's just my opinion. Go see it!
  4. "Nazi Zombies" is the new "Remake"!
  5. I believe you've just coined a new phrase, sir. Had a good laugh with that one, thanks. I think Hensleigh is tremendous at what he does. I for one enjoyed the 04 Punisher very much so, and he did a hell of a job on Die Hard With A Vengeance and The Rock, to name a few. I'm looking forward to his future stuff, I've got a lot of respect for him and hope for nothing but the best.
  6. Another one for the collection, thanks for the update Tim!
  7. Quoting my wife "Let's see The Unborn, it's directed by one of the writers of The Dark Knight." Boy, did I fall into that one face first. Abortion is right! Looking forward to Deadpool on the big screen again. Wasn't sure about Reynolds, but for the time he had, he did pretty good.
  8. "Bettany" is actually in referrence to actor Paul Bettany, who is set to portray the main character, correct me if I'm wrong.
  9. Haha, I was actually planning on starting a thread about The Walking Dead! I'm really into zombies, too. I've got all the paperbacks so far, I can get the individual issues, but I'd rather wait to read them in volumes! Someone should make a series out of this. I gotta ask, who would you guys pick for each character, and maybe post pics?
  10. I rented Punisher War Zone for my friend and his wife to see, and what do I see? The skull emblem from the 2004 Punisher used in the animated menu graphics of the DVD?!?!?! Anyone else catch this? I'll see if I can take some screen shots and post them, but I wonder if this was a goof of some sort? My friend actually said, and I quote "If you took out Frank Castle and put in some other action star, it wouldn't ruin the flow of the movie. It seems like a shoot 'em up action movie with Punisher characters."
  11. I really hope this movie gets the respect it deserves, even in these early stages I've already decided to see it, in whatever capacity it's released.
  12. lmfao, if Uwe Boll and Lexi Alexander ever make a movie together, it might seriously be the end of civilization as we know it.
  13. Uwe Boll *Shudders* What a horrible director.
  14. I agree with Raffi, I'm not knocking his talent and acting ability, I know he's tremendous at everything he does. Everyone that knows me knows that I'm a Stallone fan. I would just have to see him as Castle, I guess.
  15. I couldn't see Stallone as Frank Castle. I just figured he could really capture the inner struggle of Castle and tell the story well, which is what The Punisher needs. An even balance of action and a well told story.
  16. I always thought Scorcese would do a fantastic job with The Punisher, but that might be far fetched. I'd say get Jane back to star, and maybe Stallone to direct? He's really got talent behind the camera, and not just in front of it.
  17. God knows what we would've gotten stuck with had she been allowed to tarnish the movie further with her choice in music.
  18. Sweet, finally Raimi returns to horror. Looking forward to this.
  19. Just out of curiosity, does the Blu Ray version of "The Punisher" starring Thomas Jane contain all the special features from the original DVD, or any at all? I've got the theatrical version and the extended cut, and just wanted to support the product and buy the Blu Ray.
  20. Hulk Hogan challenged him to a bench press contest, and he tore his pec, or something to that affect! I'll see another Rambo movie, I'm a fan I guess.
  21. I don't know, the blue and yellow could really add to the inner rage of Wolverine
  22. One of the most entertaining experiences I've had at the movies in a long time! Gonna have to check it out again, the 3-D is awesome.
  23. I know, I was dooped twice by the "Two Disc Special Edition" title, only to find a damn Digital Copy as the second disc. I could have saved 10 dollars!
  24. I whole heartedly agree. If anyone could take this project by the throat and kick it into gear, it's Tom. I really think he'd do a great job.
  25. That was pretty sweet, that would make a good flick, as previously stated!
