Interesting, my husband is a nurse and wound specialist. Sees a lot of that stuff being in assisted living for Alzheimers and elderly patients. Wonder is he has any advise. Glad you guys are close by.

There keeping him in the hospital a least until tuesday. Treating him with a heavy dose of antibiotics. He seems to be in good spirits. which is a plus.

I just...got back from the hospital on Thursday.

My mom had to be admitted in the hospital due to what we later found out to be a diagnosis of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Unfortunately, her heart is very weak. She was in the hospital from June 26th - July 4th. I spent every day & night there with her, making sure to be there whenever she needed me. It felt like an endless whirlwind of overwhelming events (including tests (so many tests) & a procedure).

I'm so thankful that she got to go home. Please keep my mom in your thoughts & prayers as much as possible. @-}-->---

I was wondering if you guys could keep my brother in your thoughts and prayers. He was admitted tonite to the hospital he has some sort of bacterial infection in his leg and is running a high fever and he can't even stand up. Am really worried about him. :( :(

Indie and Joyce - thinking of you both, your mom and your bother. May you all be well.

Thanks jayesse. My brother is home now but he is pretty weak. He said it is going to take some time to get his strength back up but he is working on it.

Well I guess I spoke to soon about me feeling better. Started not feeling well last night had a sore throat went to the doctors and come to find I have a really bad ear infection and that caused my throat to start becoming infected. They cleaned my ear out and that hurt like hell. And I am back on antibiotics again I swear I think I am falling apart.

Prayers and love to your mom. I do know how you feel when my dad was ill and in the hospital I was there with him the entire time. My dad was in and out of the hospital alot. And my mom was diagnosed with CHF 10 years ago and the doctor put her on medicine. So be strong and take care.

Thank you so kindly, Joyce. I truly appreciate that. :)

It's always important to be there for the family that's always been there for you.

Sorry to hear about more medical problems coming your way. It's like there's nothing, then there's everything at once, right?

Hope you get better soon & stay better always.

My brother is home but is weak but he is working on getting his strength back. And thank you for keeping him in your thoughts. And the comment you made about the family is true you should always be there for your family. I took care of my dad until 2 days before he passed when he slipped into a coma and had to be put in hospice and I now take care of my mom that is what I do for a living I am an S.T.N.A. But I don't work outside the house. But I feel my parents took care of me and now it is time for me to take care of them. And I wouldn't trade it for the world. And I will keep your mom in my thoughts.

Ouch! I actually had the same thing last year - I think as adults, we are getting these issues from all the stress in our teeth & jaws interferring with the natural flow of the ears & sinuses. At least for me, I find it a mechanical problem tending to aggravate a medical one. Eating yogurt but not at the same time as the antibiotic - give or take an hour on each side of the med - always helps me. Feel better!!!

Thank you I am feeling better and for the yogurt I eat it twice a day once in the morning and for lunch. And you got that right the mechanical problem is aggravating a medical one. And I think my mechanics needs to go in for a major over haul. :D

I saw something on the news tonight. Two actress were talking I think to the courts about having stiffer laws about the paparazzi stalking them and there families. Those people are like leaches they attach themselves to actors or actress and you can't shake them loose. I have seen alot of photos of Tom and his beautiful daughter out and about and you can see he is trying to shield his daughter from them and he shouldn't have to do that. And I think the worst thing I saw was when he was trying to drink his coffee with a friend and they took a photo of him and then asked him if he was really hung like the character he played on Hung. If that had been me I would of gotten in there face and then probably gotten arrested. But my favorite photos of him are when he flips them off. I would probably do the same thing or drop my drawers and tell them to kiss my ass. My point is that these people need to get a life.

There should be some kind of consent when a child if photographed. You are the spunky one, but if you dropped your drawers, your butt would be photographed by jerky people who were trying to get a rise out of you. Kind of a catch 22. Oh ya, my bad - that did happen. Hope there will be some new laws for Respect for the Individual, like look what happened to Princess Dianna. Guess some really good disguises would give some privacy sometimes and be kind of fun, also.

It was Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner speaking to legislature at the State Capitol in Sacramento. I agree that the children never had a choice to be in the public eye and are minors and should be left alone, but I also agree with young actress Jennifer Lawrence who made the very good point recently that if she were an "ordinary girl" of 22, 23 with cars full of aggressive (mostly) men chasing after her and peering into her private property, she could call the cops and her rights would be protected. However, because she happens to have starred in blockbuster films, she is told, "there's nothing we can do" and I think that's BS. Just because someone has chosen a profession with moments of public appearances, does not mean he or she has signed over basic human rights of privacy or personal space. I long for old Hollywood when there was professional courtesy all around, from fans, celebs, and press alike.

That must be an unwritten rule because of a money trail. The driving part really creeps me out. I like your reporting.

I agree with you 100%. Just like I was saying with TJ having to shield his daughter so they will leave her alone. Or when they take photos of him and then critique him for what he is wearing and say something about him not wearing shoes to me that is old news. He hardly ever wears shoes so get over it. And if they don't like what he is wearing don't take a photo. But I guess they have nothing else better to do.
