I hope it is not a rumor either cuz it sounds like it would be totally mind blowing.

It's all coming around full circle ;)

This sounds like it could be a cool little film to mess with the mind. I remember hearing about these a few years back. It was a big deal when they opened one in Minneapolis. A film set in this enviroment sounds pretty cool. I don't foresee a happy ending. My first thoughts were bits of Noir, some Requiem For A Dream, and with the supernatural elements, Lovecraft to tear the mind apart. I loved Jacob's Ladder, so if it's in that kind of vein, I'm really excited.

Wicked! Love it when TJ stars in horror flicks...looking forward to it since I'm a horror guru (only if in good taste of course)

Well if he's directing...then you know it's one he will be passionate about...

I can’t see a reference to TJ’s episode of Arrested Development without smiling & laughing.

I'll watch horror if it's in good taste. I love horror films that are psychological suspense thrillers. You know a movie is good when it messes with your mind and makes you ask “Huh?” when it’s over.

Came across a teaser poster for the film. Love that tagline: http://www.shocktill...janes-wet-house

That is a cool teaser poster w/ a clever tagline!

Does RAW Studios have any involvement with Wet House?

I'm a fan of splatter films. I love all types of horror (though the whole "torture porn" thing got really old fast), but I have to agree, the ones that seem to last are the ones that have a real message behind them. Some of the greats are not afraid to take current affairs and put a horror spin on them. It's more of a thriller, but check out Take Shelter. It did a great job taking on mental illness. I can see Wet House taking this kind of theme and going further/darker.

Sounds like another awesome little film that could have been a twilight zone episode, not unlike Dark Country.

Thanks John for letting us know about this flick...

Never heard of it. Just checked it out on IMDB...and watch a couple of trailers.

I am definitely going to have a look see :)

p.s Never heard of the movie 'Junk'... wow TJ has so many up and coming flicks!

Red Machine, Pawn Shop Chronicles, Broken Horses, The Redeemer, Reach Me, AMDFAH, Wet House and now Junk...

Great stuff! Am I forgetting any other flicks?

Thanks for the recommendation, John! I really like Michael Shannon, so I’ll definitely have to look for Take Shelter.

Junk isn’t a real movie. That’s a fake movie poster from Arrested Development when Tom Jane guest starred as…well…Tom Jane, my favorite cameo appearance ever. Though, TJ actually did star in a movie called Junked.

On IMDb, Tom is also credited for the following:

Buttwhistle

Heavenly Sword (voice)

An Honest Thief

Sleight of Hand (rumored)

Come to think about what this movie is about there was a place here in Ohio called Applecreek it was for people who drank to much I am not sure if it is around anymore or not. But I am not proud to say this but 2 of my dads uncles were in there because they were heavy drinkers and I mean heavy. But neither one of them made it out of there they both passed away in there. That was back in the 40's. My dad said my grandfather never talked about them because he was ashamed of them.

Sorry guys - It would appear that this is now a no go. Not with TJ anyways, although this is a new report.

Bit more news, same source though.

Kind of sad to hear that, but he so many other projects going on he probably just doesn't have time. The man is always doing something I don't know when he sleeps. I hope he takes care of himself.
