Awesome find, Jen! :)

September (my bday month)! Great to know!

How about Tim getting a cameo in A Magnificent Death from a Shattered Hand (please never change that title)? Now, we're talkin'! B)

That guy Tom Archdeacon - Yeah, he's got a quality for sure. Comes across very genuine. I could see him as Cal but I'm not the director ;)

PLUS it's expensive to bring folks over from the UK, natch.

Somehow I don't think travel would be a problem for TOM A. He'd figure out a way.

Love to see him read for the part.

I'll definitely bring it up when I talk to TJ again.

GOOD LUCK, TOM A!!!

As for the vid - Well done indeed.

- TB

Tom A's got Tom's, Tim's, & RAW brothers/sisters' approval....Amazing! :D

It's great when people who work hard to make quality a priority give chances to others who have the same or a similar drive of determination.

This is all INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC! I can't get over how supportive Tom Jane's fans have been to me - a fellow Tom Jane fan - yet, a total stranger. It just goes to show the kind and class of people his work inspires. Thomas Jane fans really are the best! Pure class... I guarantee you if I made a youtube video asking to be in any other big star's film the fans would respond with something along the lines of, "Screw this Irish fool, CHOOSE ME instead."

I am really taken aback by this, especially that Thomas Jane himself commented on bringing me in, and NOW by what incredibly kind things Tim Bradstreet just said about me!!! To them I say THANK YOU, and in response to the expense of bringing me over from the UK, not an issue...

Like the LadyBug above says, I am in Los Angeles, legal to work, AND, I will work as a local in Utah. Hell, I'll literally hop on my motorbike with a my camping gear and "sleep under the stars" if I have to... It's only going to make my performance better. I know, I probably just lost you guys with that one.

I do hope to come in an read at some point, just contact me directly 323.401.0655 tomarchdeacon9@gmail.com

Cheers,

Tom Archdeacon

Welcome to the World of RAW, tja!!! I still love the fact that you posted that video. :D & look where taking that first step has gotten you already!

Clearly, you want a role badly! Looks like you'll be getting that chance. Soooo cooool! Please keep us updated on your journey to playing a character in AMDFASH.

You seem like you would be an incredibly good actor. And anyone who is willing to post a video on you tube to work with them is someone who really wants it, and is willing to do anything to get it. And to me sir you would get my vote. Good luck to you.

For record, I am a MORON with computers...

that said, I haven't sorted out navigating the website yet, thus I wasn't sure how to respond to each individual post so let me say thanks to Aaaron52101 for going out of his way to post the first YouTube video, to Sinn, Jayesse8. Adam Stines, Geoff Woody, LadyBug2, Esco for those positive responses... to Tuffybxnyc for that amazing post. To indeiflick_chick90 for welcoming me and all of the positive wishes. To Sunshine for actually finding my reel online and caring enough to investigate (I always wanted to check out Toronto ) If so, it would be great to have a friend there. To Joyce Ford for giving me your vote, and acknowledging my true desire to work with guys like TJ and TB.

What a great day!

I just wanted to check in an see if it would be possible to maybe share some pre-production stuff. Maybe some concept art, or a storybard, or a few sentences from the script. Just a little something to get us all more worked up than we already are.

Never hurts to ask. :)

You are really going after a stellar cast. The one Con interview you mentioned getting Mickey? That would be so damn cool. I miss seeing him. Seemed after The Wrestler he was everywhere, now he seems to be laying low. This would be outting #4 for Mickey and Tom, I just hope they get more screen time together if this works out.

I'm so excited to see this movie! Perhaps, Tom's absence indicates that he's busy working on getting everything together for AMDFASH during his "free time."

There is some new info in this artical: http://comicsbulletin.com/interviews/6018/tim-bradstreet-bringing-yourself-into-your-art/

All I really want to know, Tim, is what went on Nick's cd?

That is an interesting story on how they got Nick Nolte....Is sending him a topnotch script & a mix CD really all it takes? :P

If you wanna see a great western featuring Monument Valley, I suggest Back to the Future Part III.

All I really want to know is two things: What other leads have been cast & can we expect any eye-popping-wowza-they-got-him!?-cameos?

You made a good point he probably is working on getting things together for this movie. And I don't want you to think I was complaining cuz I wasn't just miss seeing his posts on here.

Oh, I didn't take it as your complaining at all as much as just making an observation. :) I'd love for TJ to visit RAW often, but it's amazing that he still manages to pop in when he does.......Not too many actors/filmmakers chat with fans on forums of their companies. Plus, TJ is one of a handful of stars who don't see us as dollar signs or crazy fanatics but actual people...Real people....RAW people. B)

True...very true Rosela.

I agree with you not many stars treat their fans as real people or spend any time acknowledging them. In fact, it's amazing how he has any time to come in the forum but yet he does :). Very refreshing how he remains so down to earth - day in and day out - throughout his whole entire acting career.

He's definitely one of kind.

Thank you! Actually, I'm surprised by how many stars do show respect for their fans & enjoy talking to them. But I've only experienced this in a convention setting. If I was to approach one of them out in a restaurant somewhere, they may react differently...I believe Tom wouldn't mind any one of us joining him for dinner after meeting him at a convention....I picture he'd be inviting, whereas, most of the others (not all) would decline or make up some excuse why they couldn't go. Not that I'm saying Tom is going to hang out with anyone who says "Hi"; it's just something I like to believe as a possibility.....That makes sense, right?

Like you mentioned, Tom is down to earth. I think to him, he's a person first and foremost and then a famous star as an afterthought.

my ears were burning... :) thanks for the nice comments. i do try to forget that i'm a film actor. people tend to give waayy too much cred to folks just cause they sing or dance or fire fake bullets from real guns. it's a fun job, but man does it tend to go to the head. why? it's the culture, folks. we are programmed to worship celebrity. whole shelves of books have been written on why that is - but i think it boils down to sawbucks. yet another corporate scheme to pry dollars from the pocket, by tapping into primal fear and desires. did i mention we're getting in some new t-shirts at the store? ;)

anyhoo

the server was down & thanks to the quick fingers of Rosella W. i was able to get it back up double time.

thanks Rosella!

since I'm here i'm checking in for a real quick update on our western: nick nolte and I have been spending an evening a week out at terry Leonard's ranch, riding hores. Horses! it's been a blast. Luis Guzman has read and likes the script, same goes for Chris Plummer and Jeremy Irons. but sadly, it looks like we're pushing yet agin, this time to Spring 2014. so we will have to wait to finalize everyone's deal.

Nick is pretty bummed, I am too, but we've decided to keep getting together at Terry's for now, mostly cause riding with Terry is so much fun.

look up Terry Leonard when you get a sec; he is THE man when it comes to roping and riding for Hollywood, (or anywhere else) and he's one of the best stunt guys who ever lived, and one of the best Second Unit Directors too. we are lucky enough to have him doing both jobs on magnificent death, stunts and second unit, plus unofficial riding coach for me and Nick.

and the guy can tell a story, too. if you ever meet him, ask him to tell you the one about catching Wilt Chamberlain with his girlfriend.

alright more later, folks. sorry i've been so busy and can't check in more. but i've got a movie to make.

keep the faith, say a little prayer to the movie gods for us (every little bit helps)

and Adios for now

TJ
