hey tim, quick question. i love art and you are one of my faves. ( shameless buttkissing ) however, i am not blessed with artistic ability. i can write and would love to know if you can recommend a place where there's someone i can run some ideas/writing by. appreciate it.

If I could field this one.

Your best bet is to kind of hang around an art forum or an art specific site like deviantArt. If you have a story you want to do, write up a synopsis and pitch it to someone (an artist you know personally would be the bee's knees in most cases).

Hope that helps.

There is also www.comicjobz.com
You can hook up with artists or colorist there also.

Here's a little more bit of advice. First, I would work your script up.
Then if you go to digitalwebbing.com you can place an add to find
pencilers, inkers, letterers and colorists. I would put together a team
and have them work up your book. I have found that it is best to
finish the project in its entirety before you take it to a publisher.
Plus, less headaches for you.
